No nuts, no problem! Say hello to our Bircher muesli, a delicious nut-free blend of seeds and dried fruit – perfect when soaked overnight.

Blended and packed by hand (with love) in Suffolk, in an environment where nuts are present. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight jar to keep it at its best.

To serve

Serve a 40g portion with chilled milk or milk alternative, allow to soak for 2 mins, top with your favourite fresh berries and sliced banana for a healthy, balanced start to the day.

Our Bircher breakfast 

Ingredients (serves 2):

1 eating apple, coarsely grated

80g of our Bircher muesli

100g of natural yoghurt

100ml of milk or alternative

1 medium banana

Fresh pomegranate seeds

Directions: Put the grated applein a bowl and add our muesli, toss together. Stir in the yoghurt and milk. Cover and chill overnight. Spoon the muesli into two bowls and top with sliced banana and fresh pomegranate seeds and a few nuts if desired.
