SUCSEED Energy is a blend of Flax, Chia, Pumpkin, Sunflower, Poppy and Quinoa seeds with Korean (Panax) Ginseng, Maca Root, Hawthorn Berry and Nettle Herb. This Energy blend is high in 11 Vitamins and Minerals including Niacin, Magnesium and Iron which contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, alongside Calcium and Thiamine which contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism.
