SUCSEED Gut Health is a blend of Flax, Chia, Pumpkin, Sunflower, Camelina, Hemp, Poppy and Quinoa seeds with Lucuma, Dandelion, Fennel, Schisandra and Lemon Balm Leaf. This blend is high in 11 minerals and vitamins including Calcium which contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes alongside Iron, Zinc, Copper, Vitamin E, Thiamin, Potassium, Manganese, Selenium, Phosphorous and Magnesium. Sprinkle on yogurt or porridge, or add to smoothies, salads, soups, stews for a dose of wholefood goodness with every meal.
