When someone asks me for a super-easy, healthy breakfast idea, I always say, Overnight oats!
They’re a total lifesaver for busy mornings because you can prep them the night before and just grab a jar as you head out the door.
Packed with oaty goodness, they will keep you full and happy till lunchtime.
Overnight oats are so versatile. They are like a blank canvas for your breakfast dreams where you can mix flavours to suit your cravings.
Our bags of freshly blended porridge make your overnight oats even easier to make as they are already packed with fruit, nuts and seeds.
Below you will find my recipe for Apple Pie overnight oats using our freshly blended Apple & Cinnamon Porridge!
Apple Pie Overnight Oats Recipe Ingredients
This is my go-to overnight oats recipe as it only requires 4 key ingredients:
- 70g of Apple & Cinnamon Porridge Blend – Our blend is packed with oats, dried apple pieces, Chilean flamed raisins and cinnamon.
- 70ml of Oat Milk – My personal choice but dairy milk and almond milk both work well. If you are looking for a creamier texture coconut milk is also nice and adds a rich flavour.
- Diced Fresh Apple – For added freshness and crunch.
- 3 tbsp of Greek Yoghurt - To add protein.
If you are looking for even more crunch you could add a spoonful of granola on top. Our award-winning Suffolk Crunch Granola blend would be a great combination.
* NOTE: In general you used 1 part milk to 1 part oats. Based on your preference you may want to add more or less milk.
