Good to know

Spoons at the ready for our Pecan Pie porridge. A delicious blend inspired by the sticky, indulgent American pecan pie.

Contains nuts. Blended and packed by hand (with love) in Suffolk. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight jar to keep it at its best.

To serve hot

Mix with roughly twice the ratio of milk to porridge blend. Stir and cook for 1-3 mins on the hob or microwave.

To serve cold 

For easy overnight oats, add around 1.5x the milk to porridge blend. Stir through and allow to soak overnight in the fridge. When ready, stir through with a little extra milk or yoghurt as needed to loosen before serving. Top with fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola to add some extra crunch.

To bake

For a more indulgent option, add roughly 1.5x milk to the porridge blend, stir and spoon into a pie dish approx 2.5cm deep. Add any toppings (fresh berries work well) and bake until lightly golden on top. Serve with a dollop of your favourite yoghurt.
