Naturally sweet, low in added sugars, vegan and packed with plant protein and fibre. It’s breakfast fuel with flavour. Enjoy it hot, as overnight oats, or baked into a cosy breakfast bowl.

Hot Serving: Cook the porridge using a 1:2 ratio of porridge to milk. Simply heat for 1 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until creamy and fully heated through.

Overnight Oats: Soak the porridge in 1.5 times the amount of milk overnight in the fridge. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy.

Baked: Mix with milk, bake in the oven until golden and set, then top with a dollop of yogurt and a handful of fresh berries.

Good to know

Inspired by our love of the American peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Contains nuts. Blended and packed by hand (with love) in Suffolk. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container to keep it at its best.

To serve hot

Mix with roughly twice the ratio of milk to porridge blend. Stir and cook for 1-3 mins on the hob or microwave.

To serve cold

For easy overnight oats, add around 1.5x the milk to porridge blend. Stir through and allow to soak overnight in the fridge. When ready, stir through with a little extra milk or yoghurt as needed to loosen before serving. Top with fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola to add some extra crunch.

To bake

For a more indulgent option, add roughly 1.5x milk to the porridge blend, stir and spoon into a pie dish approx. 2.5cm deep. Add any toppings (fresh berries work well) and bake until lightly golden on top. Serve with a dollop of your favourite yoghurt.
